The board of directors has recommended 2.5 per cent cash dividend (for general shareholders other than sponsors) for the year 2007-2008. The annual general meeting of the company will be held on December 12 at 11.00 am at the factory premises of the company at Ariabo at Rupgonj in Narayangonj. Book closure will be from November 12 to 15.
